I know people, particularly those who took 1220 last semester, are having trouble accessing
the e-Text. I e-mailed our campus rep and they sent a new statement a new Powerpoint with
new directions. I will post the new PP doc. after lecture today. Specifically, look at page 5 if
you're having this problem.
"If you took CHEM 1210 in Fall 2020, you received one-semester access to Mastering through the Carmenbooks program. We have found some students' subscriptions to Mastering from CHEM 1210 in Fall 2020 are carrying over a few days into the Spring semester. When you registered for your Spring 2021 CHEM 1220 Mastering course, you may have been registered into the Spring 2021 Mastering course without having to enter in your new access code. We expect that over the next 1-3 weeks student access from Fall will expire, and you will be prompted to "Renew Access" to MyLab when crossing over from Canvas. Renewing your access is easy and your work will be preserved. Please see the updated "PearsonMyLab_Mastering_FAQ_SPring2021_OSU_V3.pptx" for instructions on how to renew your access when the time comes."
