Mastering access

The code which is presently in Carmen is incorrect.  I was correct but in
trying to fix a problem with my 1210 class the Pearson rep. accidentally
told us to change the access code for my 1220 class.   The attachment
"should" have the correct access code.  Before trying this, clear out your
browser history and cache.

If that doesn't work and you're sure you've used the correct code let me know
and make sure you include Chem 1220 in the subject line.  Let me know you
cleared things out before trying again.  I will then forward this to Pearson.

There are 5 things due this week in Mastering.  Only the "Chapter 11 Review"
set is for credit.  I've moved everything back one day due to the problems
accessing Mastering.

I will be sending more info about Mastering soon.  I've received over 60
e-mails today.  I'm trying to get through them as quickly as possible and
get back to other things.  It looks like another late night.
