accessing eText purchased in previous semester

I've received a couple of e-mails from people who took 1210 last semester or 1220 (and retaking)
about getting access through the MyLab link.  Here's what I got from the publisher's campus rep.

What about students retaking the course? Students who took a course in the past and paid full
price for MasteringChemistry for Chemistry: The Central Science 14e may opt out of the Carmenbooks
fee as their subscription will still be good. These students may need to visit our Pearson Virtual Office
Hours (more details to come on office hours) for a replacement code.

The office hours are via Zoom.  If you go to our Carmen Home page there's the following link.

Go to the last page.  You'll see their hours and the Zoom link.  Unfortunately they don't have hours on
the weekend.

I've e-mailed the rep to see if he can't help us out sooner.
