ZNN News - Exam 1 Answers

Real news from ZNN (Zellmer News Network) and nothing but the
real news (no fake news here).  Exam 1 answers are in.  Exam
results won't be up in Carmen until sometime late Thursday(I hope)
or maybe not until Friday.

You NEED to see me if you scored less than 60% on the exam.
Even if you just didn't do as well as you wanted to you can
come speak to me.  I will hold another "How to Study" session
this coming Friday (6/28) after lecture.  If you really can't
attend this meeting you can come to my office.  If you already
attended the "How to Study" meetings at the beginning of the
semester and still didn't do well you can attend this one or
come see me in my office.

Try to remember that while a 60% is not good, it's not a
failing grade.  This course is graded on a curve.  I'll try
to remember to address this on Friday in lecture.

Also, we have people who need to take a make-up exam.  Thus,
you shouldn't be talking to anyone who missed the exam about
the exam, even though the make-up exam will be different. That
could be construed as academic misconduct.  Plus,you don't want
to help them do better by showing them your exam.
