exp 18 and your notebook

During 1210 and 1220 you've been preparing a notebook before lab.
Part of this was to get you prepared for the lab. Technically, you
should be able to do the whole experiment using your notebook and
not have to refer to your manual. Actually, anyone should be able to
pick up your notebook and repeat the experiment without the manual.
Now you will get a chance to put this into practice.

For exp 18 you will have to do the experiment using only your notebook.
If you choose to look in the manual for help you will lose 10 pts from your
report score.

Don't panic. This is a pretty straightforward experiment. You are
running
the same reaction several times at different temperatures and measuring the
time it takes for the reaction to occur.

I've been doing this in my 1220 classes for the last several years
without any
problems. This is in the syllabus so it shouldn't come as a surprise.
