sending me e-mail

If you want to send an e-mail to me or the lab supervisors do *NOT *send it
to or reply to the e-mail lists (chem1220, chem1220-ta, etc.) we use to
send e-mail to the whole class. I will get it eventually but it's
possible it
could go through to the entire class. Depending on the message your
sending and who you want to send it to, use the following addresses,

zellmer.1 at osu.edu

chem1220labsupervisor at chemistry.ohio-state.edu

For lab questions using the lab supervisor address is best since it will
send
e-mail to both Dr. Moga and the assistant lab supervisor, Nathan
Williams. This
way if he can answer your question he will and you may get a little
faster response.
I am quite willing to answer lab questions so sending them to me is also
fine.

Needless to say, we get a lot of e-mails. To make it easier for us to
quickly answer your questions please let us know which class you are in.
When sending an e-mail make the subject line look something like:

Chem 1220 - "rest of subject"

Examples:

Subject: Chem 1220 - Help with Exp. 14

Subject: Chem 1220 - Sig. Fig. in Exp 16

If it relates to lab, let us know which experiment, time of your
lab and your lab TA.

If it relates directly to lecture e-mail only me.

Finally, every now and then I accidentally send something from my personal
non-OSU account. Don't reply to that account since I don't check it as
often
as I do my chemistry account. Always send e-mails to one of the e-mail
addresses listed above.

Thanks,

Dr. Zellmer
