exp 15 pre and post-labs

This is a reminder there is a pre-lab and post-lab quiz for
exp 15 on Carmen.  The pre-lab must be completed before
the exp 15 lab.  The post-lab must be finished by the time
your report is due.  If these aren't done on time you will
get zero credit for them.

The Carmen pre-labs and post-labs are timed.  You have
only 2 hours.  The quiz will time out after that and you won't
be able to answer anymore questions (just submit it).

Can you do an experiment w/o first doing a pre-lab?  Yes.
Can you still do the pre-lab after lab?  Yes, we encourage it
(especially for the on-line data-input prelabs - it helps with
the on line data-input post-lab).  However, you will still receive
a zero if it's past the deadline (start of lab).
