There’s planned maintenance for Mastering this Saturday morning, 1 AM – 9 AM.
I know most of you wouldn’t be working at this time but just in case you do, make
plans for the fact it will be down. It may not be down for this entire time. They
usually give a wide window in case something doesn’t go quite right.

We're writing to inform you of a planned monthly maintenance that will take place on Saturday, October 15, 2022, from 1:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. ET. We perform monthly maintenance updates on our products to help you deliver the best course experience for your students. We have selected this time and date to minimize disruption, because we believe this is when we will have the least amount of usage on our products.
We appreciate your understanding, and we are alerting you now so you have time to plan and adjust assignments if needed. Please remember to inform your students of this work so they can adjust their schedules, too. The following products will be impacted during this work:
MyLab® and Mastering® courses: You and your students will be unable to access these courses for the entire maintenance window.
· This impacts all courses, including those integrated with an LMS.
· Students can't enroll or register for courses.
· Instructors can't copy/create courses.
· A maintenance notification will appear at login.
