Are there labs and recitation this week on Wed and Fri due to fall break?
It looks like I'm asking you this question. I got this question from a couple of students.
You should be able to answer it. That's why I posed it as a question above.
Look at the lab syllabus. It has the schedule for lab for the whole semester. There's
no labs tomorrow, Wed. If you don't have a lab (exp) scheduled, you will see in
Carmen there's no pre-lab due then either. Carmen will also indicate the due date
for lab reports which would normally be due during break.
The same applies for recitations and quizzes. The lecture syllabus has a schedule
for recitation and quizzes. You can see whether there's recitation. Certainly, there's
no recitation this Friday due to fall break. How about tomorrow, Wed.? If you look
it lists it as "ungraded" (in red). That means you don't have to attend. I would
suggest you attend since there's an exam next week. The TA will be there. If no one
shows up after the first 15 min the TA will leave.
In that same schedule you will see there's no quiz this Sunday, for better or worse.
That means you won't get quizzed over material that will be on the exam.
For Mastering there is homework due on Fri and Sat. It's been open for well over
1 week. You can choose to wait and do it then or get it done before then. This
is material covered on MT 2. You must get it done before the midterm.
There will be a review this Sunday in MP 1000. That info is at the "Exams" link
at my personal class webpage.
The practice exams are not yet available.
