I’m forwarding this survey.  This is NOT the lab survey.  You had the opportunity to
take this survey at the beginning of the semester.  This is the 2nd round.  It’s in
addition to the first time you did it.

Some of you may not have done this the first time around.  I believe it’s okay to do
it even if you didn’t do it the first time.

Subject: 1210 Sense of Belonging Survey



It is time to implement round 2 of the Sense of Belonging Survey.



We are asking you to have your students complete the Survey before December 7.  The Survey should only take 10-15 minutes of class time.  Students who complete the Survey will be entered into a drawing for a chance to win a $20 cash award.  There will be five winners selected at random for each course.



The PowerPoint slide contains a QR code that provides a link to the Survey.



There will also be an announcement about the Survey in Carmen soon.  The announcement will include a link to the Survey.  Students may access the Survey though that link as well.
