Mastering Problems - more info

I apologize for all the e-mails.  Just trying to keep everyone informed of what's going on.

I just got the following from Pearson:

"Just got confirmation something broader is going on. Does seem to be intermittent,
not affecting all courses/users. Our highest levels of support are investigating. I'll be
keeping my eye on the status page, as that's how I'll get my updates as well."

Maybe set it aside for a little while.  Go get the "blue-plate special" (that's an old term
for seniors who eat dinner before 5 PM).  Then try again.  Hopefully they'll have the
problem fixed quickly.
