Mastering Problems - Pearson reply

I just got the following from one of our Pearson reps.  Try this and see if it works.
If it doesn't let me know.  It's possible it's not a Pearson problem but a Canvas
problem, which means I have to contact OSU Canvas support.

I don't see anything yet on the Pearson status site, but I have heard anecdotally from my colleagues that there seem to be intermittent issues accessing Mastering courses connected to Canvas.
