There are 5 questions on page 10.

Where should you answer them in the report?

If you look at the rubric the first three are some of the types of 
things you
should be addressing in your Results/Discussion section so you answer them
there. This section of the report should not be limited to a discussion 
of only
these questions.

You can answer questions #4 and #5 in this section as well or on another
piece of paper.  If answered on another sheet of paper put them right after
the discussion section and before the Conclusion.

Make sure the TA can follow things.
