[All-extension] CarmenConnect Information

Dear Colleagues,

As you are aware, the adoption of the university's web conferencing platform, CarmenConnect, to replace WebEx Meeting Center was initiated earlier this year.

User experiences have varied when using CarmenConnect and in too many cases, the experience is not meeting expectations.  In order for us to get a clear picture of the challenges you may be having with CarmenConnect, we need to gather some usable data to present to the university department that supports the platform as well as determine what components we need to strengthen in terms of support or education.  By the end of next week you will have the opportunity to complete a survey and tell us about your experiences using CarmenConnect.  Specific user experiences will be important so that we can attempt to pinpoint the consistent issues so that the most appropriate individuals are involved in helping us resolve them.
