[AFS_OSU] Foundry Club - webinar on 3D printing, webinar on safety and hiring, scholarship reminder

Hello everyone,

This email contains information about the next two meetings which are open to nonmembers, and a scholarship reminder.

The AFS Central Ohio Chapter (AFS COC)  has invited anyone interested to join in on a free webinar about using 3D printing in the foundry industry. Please find the details attached including RSVP info. This meeting will take place on November 10th, at 11:00am EST.

The foundry club will be hosting Jessica L. Ulmer-West, Environmental, Safety, & HR Manager at Liberty Casting Company. She will be talking about safety as well as getting into the industry/ hiring processes. This meeting will take place on November 17th, at 6:00pm EST. A meeting invite will be sent out closer to that date. This will be open to anyone who is interested to join.

Please remember to fill out the AFS COC scholarship sent out previously. They have $4,500 in scholarship to hand out this year to OSU students interested in the foundry industry. The form is attached please email it as directed on the form. This is due November 13th. Please email me with any questions.
