[Vwoolf] Deadline for Merchandise Sales April 25, Excursions, Housing and Registration for Woolf 2024

Dear Woolf Pack,

Happy Friday!  I hope that this email finds you well.  We have some updates
from here in Fresno:

Important deadlines to keep in mind:

*Registration *for the *in person* events at the conference *closes on May
1.*

*Merchandise* orders need to be made by *April 25 *to ensure
proper delivery.

*Zoom registration* for the *plenary events* closes *June 1.*  Note -- all
keynotes will be recorded on zoom, and anyone who purchases the links can
watch them on demand for 30 days.  If you are in a different time zone,
this might be a great option for staying involved.

*Excursions*
The trip to Grant Grove is now full, and so we have taken registration for
it down.

There are at last count 22 seats left on the Yosemite trip.  I have had
requests for friends and family to join, and I will open the Yosemite
registration to everyone on April 15.  If you would like registrant
priority on Yosemite, sign up this weekend!

*Merchandise*
Pre-order your merchandise for pick up at the conference by April 25! We
will keep a very limited stock on hand, so make sure to get your
merchandise orders in to secure your goods. You can order here or find the
