[Sc-aquaponics] Fish Fact Sheet and Office Hours

Attached are the new regulations and the application that were developed by the Arkansas Game and Fish Commission (AGFC) regarding live hauling aquatic animals in/from the State of Arkansas. Anyone, from any state (not just Ohio), that goes into Arkansas as of January 1, 2021 and picks up fish needs to have this permit. This occurs even if you only stop at one farm to pick up fish and head back to your state - you still need the permit. Specifically, you're looking at 35.01 (D) in the rules which states:

(D) Non-resident Fish Dealer/Independent Hauler - A non-resident who possesses this permit may sell, distribute, and/or transport farm-reared approved aquaculture species/eggs within and into the state from AGFC-approved fish farm sources and provide pond and aquaponics/hydroponics consulting, including non-resident pond consultants.

This will impact you if you go to Arkansas to pick up fish.
