[OOD-users] Help menu windows

I've had a request from our documentation group for the following:

   - Under the Help menu, I'd like to see all the options there open a new
   window.  Currently, choosing one of them replaces the OnDemand Dashboard
   window.   I'd like to keep the Dashboard open and available to users.

Is this a behavior I can change now?  If not, will you kindly consider
putting this somewhere on your list of things to do?  Thanks very much.
