[OOD-users] Slurm version support and CILogon questions

FWIW, we've been using OnDemand with Slurm 17 in production for quite a
while**.

As Trey alluded to--OnDemand uses Slurm command line utilities.  As
such, if the Slurm commands remain compatible then OnDemand (which
qualitatively they appear to) should continue to work.



**17.02.5 through 17.11.7, upgrading OnDemand pretty closely after each
release.
