[OOD-users] Disable File Downloads?

Hi,

Let me explain further. I have a small cluster apart from our main HPC
cluster that requires its own login and compute nodes. Requirements dictate
(or prefer) that I block any ability for users to download files "out of
the system" so I'll be blocking outgoing traffic, scp, etc and everyone
will be using OOD.

If there is no built-in variable to enable or disable the Download button
one could just locate it in the html and remove the button. Users could of
course still use the file explorer API and cut and paste the full path to a
file, hit enter and the browser will ask to download.
