[OOD-users] Disable File Downloads?

Is it possible to disable file downloads from the file explorer? I'm
experimenting with this for a somewhat secure mini-cluster where outside
ssh, scp is disabled. Users will have to go thru OOD in order to get a
shell, launch aps, etc and I would like to disable downloading.

If not possible directly thru the app, as a temporary solution I guess I
could just block that portion of the API url in the web server...
