[OOD-users] Slurm & LSF support now available in Open OnDemand

We are proud to announce support for Slurm and LSF in the Open OnDemand 
(OOD) project.

This new release was developed and tested with the support of a few HPC 
Centers that were brave enough to subject themselves to the very early 
releases of OOD.

New Resource Managers
---------------------

  The resource managers that were provided and tested against are:

   - Slurm 15
   - Slurm 16
   - LSF 8.3 (LSF MultiCluster not yet supported)

Your mileage may vary.

New Apps
--------

With this release, we are also making available two new apps within Open 
OnDemand that together will allow you to create, edit, run, monitor, and 
delete jobs at your HPC center:

   - My Jobs

   - Active Jobs

------------

The installation documentation has been updated to reflect all these 
changes:

Upgrading
---------

If you already have an OOD installation at your center, you will just 
need to update the web apps and the cluster configs you have deployed there:

1. Update the web apps using the new ood-apps-installer utility:

2. Update your cluster configs using the new format described here for 
your given resource manager:
