[Ohiogift] Ohio's new head of education

The Bowling Green Sentinel Tribune carried a news story about Ohio Senator
Randy Gardner becoming the next head of higher education in the upcoming
DeWine administration. The story is here:

Gardner is a former teacher and seems inclined to support public education
in the state, but many of us wonder about what his support for gifted ed
might be. Does anyone on the list have information on Gardner's possible
support for gifted ed?
