[Ohiogift] Automated testing of essays

Friends -

With computers now grading essays on tests given to Ohio students, many of
us wonder about the effect of this strategy on the creative/gifted student.
The story:

That the shift to fully computerized test evaluation seemingly appears to
have been implemented under the radar also is troubling, not to mention
funding going to companies outside Ohio. Like most things done behind
closed doors, this shift raises a stink with many of us.
