[Ohiogift] Tuition reimbursement

Friends,

With March almost here, thoughts turn to summer and various learning
activities revving up come September, so it's good news for parents,
students and educators to hear of tuition help. The City of Hamilton (Ohio)
and the local foundation there have developed a tuition reimbursement
