[Ohiogift] 2016 Javits funding

Friends:

The NAGC is asking people to write their Senators  in favor of a "Dear Colleague" letter to the Appropriations Committee that would preserve  the Javits grands for 2016. (This is not the same as the "Talent Act" which does not require additional funding.)

The easiest way to do this is to go to a webform on the Council for Exceptional Children website which will automatically address it to your senators after you fill in your address information:  http://capwiz.com/cek/mailapp/ 

The Javits program provides modest grants for research and programs focusing on low-income and underserved gifted students.
