This is from the Jack Kent Cooke foundation which offers very generous scholarships for high-achieving students who need financial assistance.

The Jack Kent Cooke Foundation College Scholarship Program application period is about to open, and we want to make sure potential applicants feel confident applying. We are offering three opportunities to learn more about the College Scholarship Program and its application to potential applicants, educators, and/or parents.

1. Webinar on Tuesday, September 9

We invite you to attend an online informational webinar in which we explain in further detail the College Scholarship Program’s eligibility requirements, key dates, and deadlines. We will also answer any questions you might have about the process or the program.
The webinar will take place September 9 at 4:00 p.m. ET. Please go to http://hubs.ly/y06dZW0 to register. 

2. Twitter Chat on Wednesday, October 1
We are hosting a Twitter chat to answer any questions you may have about filling out the College Scholarship Program application. 

The October 1 Twitter chat will take place between 2:00-3:00 p.m. ET. To join our online chat room, please go to http://twubs.com/askJKCF and register. You can also tweet to us directly using the hashtag #askJKCF. 

3. Twitter Chat on Monday, October 13
In case you missed the first one or came up with additional questions, we are hosting a second Twitter chat to answer questions about filling out the College Scholarship Program application.
