[Gifted and Talented in Ohio Discussion List]

The Akron Public Schools are seeking licensed gifted intervention specialist
teachers to work with students full-time in an expanding non-traditional
academic program for gifted students. We are seeking qualified candidates
who are HQT in grades 3-5 reading/math, are flexible and self-directed, use
data to make decisions regarding instruction, have a willingness and ability
to plan and develop new educational initiatives for gifted students, and use
technology for teaching and learning in various classroom environments. To
