Dear Ann,


I am so pleased to let you know that qualified gifted students who would like to test through Northwestern University’s Midwest Academic Talent Search (NUMATS) may register now at NO cost!
 
As you well know, there are very good reasons to participate in NUMATS at the end of the academic year:
 
·      Research shows that low-income gifted students perform best at the end of the school year.
·      Above-grade-level assessment results provide information not provided by any other test and may be used to plan for these students for the upcoming school year.


 Please do make this opportunity available to your low-income students and ask them to register free of charge at www.ctd.northwestern.edu/numats/register.
