Ashland credit, and more are now available at
[1]http://www.oagc.com/?q=fallconference . The fall conference will be held on

Policy/Advocacy

Biennial Budget Information

The new state budget brought many changes to both school funding and policy. A
new advocacy alert regarding the confusion about gifted funding can be found at
[2]www.oagc.com/?q=advocacyalert . To review all budget documents related to the
state budget including the new spreadsheets that break out funding by component
as well as an ODE document that summarizes major changes, please go to
[3]www.oagc.com/?q=statebudget .

Gifted Operating Standards

Every five years, all operating standards must be reviewed. The gifted operating
standards are currently up for review. For more information about this process,
please read the Fall Advocacy Corner at [4]www.oagc.com/?q=AdvocacyCorner . We
may need witnesses to testify at upcoming Chapter 119 hearings as the rule
revision process progresses.
