The Council for Exceptional Children has created an easy way to ask members of your congressional delegation to support the inclusion of funding for gifted children in the new ESEA. Go to

The second item is a letter to congress about the Talent Act and gifted funding. You can edit it as appropriate, fill in your contact information, and send it off. 

Without your support, we will never make any headway on this issue in Washington.
