Good Morning All,

Yes, and she is overwhelmed by it. We are grateful that our district continued/continues to values an appropriate education for gifted children, even in difficult economic times, but the model can overwhelm someone.

I'd estimate she works about 4 days a week as a GIS and another 3 and a half days as a Coordinator

Will,

Could you forward this to the group?

I am curious to know if school districts are having their GIS serve kids and act coordinator as well. If so, how many days a week does the GIS teach and how many days do they spend on coordination? Do you feel like this model works well? Any information and/or opinions are greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Donna
