[OHIOBWG] 2020 Annual OBWG Meeting Announcement

Hello Ohio Bat Working Group Members!

We are excited to announce the date of our annual meeting - January 29, 2020.


è There are a few new developments for this year's meeting. First of all, we have a new meeting location! We appreciated greatly ODOT's meeting space, but we wanted to find a space better suited to networking and conversation. This year, we will be meeting at the Ohio Department of Agriculture, in Reynoldsburg.


è We will also be accepting posters, along with presentations. Please find attached the meeting announcement with guidelines for submission. All submissions will be due by January 3, 2020.



è As in the past, we would greatly appreciate meeting sponsors. We would once again like to provide coffee and refreshments during the meeting. If you are able to sponsor the meeting, please fill out the attached Sponsorship Form by January 17, 2020. We thank you in advance!!



è Lastly - we are putting together a slideshow to run during breaks and lunch. If you have any pictures of past meetings or cool bat pictures (which is ANY picture of bat, really), and/or upcoming programs, please send them to Melissa Moser (melissa.moser at dnr.state.oh.us<mailto:melissa.moser at dnr.state.oh.us>).

Registration for the meeting will be available shortly, but for now, please save the date on your calendar and consider submitting a presentation or poster or sponsoring the meeting. :)
