I mentioned this at our meeting last week, but here is a bit more info. If you want to attend the free tours provided by the Field’s museum, don’t wait to register – they are only taking the first 80 people to register!

This is a friendly reminder that early registration for the 2019 Annual Meeting ends March 15, 2019.  Also,
the first 80 individuals to register will have the opportunity to participate in 2 different tours offered by museum staff: a) Rice Family Native Gardens Tour; b) Mammal Collections Tour.   A block of 60 rooms has been set aside until March 3, 2019. The discounted room rate ($130/night) is available for April 3-5, 2019. The hotel is a 15-20 minute walk from the Field Museum Complex.

In addition, 2019 MWBWG t-shirts are now available – photos are on the MWBWG website!  Shirts can be ordered on the registration form and orders are due by March 15.  Shirts are $18.00 and must be paid for at the event via cash or check.  Please Note:  if you have already registered and now wish to order a shirt, please email Tim Catton at: tcatton13 at gmail.com<mailto:tcatton13 at gmail.com> with your size and quantity and we will have your shirt ready for pick-up at the conference.
