Cincinnati Museum Center's Bat Fest is only 8 weeks away!  And the deadline for your organization to be included on any marketing materials as well as get your free lunch is Friday September 13th...that's less than two weeks!

If you and your organization have not registered yet please fill in and return the attached registration form via fax at 513-287-7029 or e-mail by September 13th.  Registration is FREE and includes 1 table, 2 chairs and a free lunch.

We look forward to you joining us for this batty event on Saturday October 26th from 10:00am - 3:00pm!

Hello,

Are you ready for another batty event?  Cincinnati Museum Center's Bat Fest 2013 is a few months away!  Bat Fest 2013, a one day event at Cincinnati Museum Center where visitors immerse themselves in the amazing world of bats, is getting ready to emerge from hibernation.  This Fest will be held on Saturday October 26, 2013 from 10am to 3pm at the Cincinnati Museum Center.

The event includes Bat Fest booths and activities in the Rotunda, Museum of Natural History & Science, Duke Energy Children's Museum, and Cincinnati History Museum, as well as a reading and book signing by a local illustrator of children's books, lectures Bat Fest costume making and parade.

The booths allow your organization the opportunity to have and discuss topics relevant to the bat world with our visitors, for FREE!  If you would like to participate in Bat Fest 2013 and have your organizations activity included on the official Bat Fest flyer, please fill in and return the enclosed registration form via fax at 513-287-7029 or e-mail by September 13th.  Registration is FREE and includes 1 table, 2 chairs and a free lunch.

And for those of you who attended last year, thank you for helping make Bat Fest 2012 celebrations a great success with a record breaking attendance of 3,550 visitors!  We look forward to hearing from each of you.  If you have any additional questions, please feel free to contact me.
