The Student Life Student Wellness Center (SLSWC) at The Ohio State University is looking for qualified candidates for the following position: https://www.jobsatosu.com/postings/82456

Context: Scarlet and Gray Financial (SGF) is Ohio State University's peer education-based approach that promotes financial literacy and holistic financial wellness through a variety of mediums, including one-on-one coaching sessions, large group presentations, online modules, financial education research and professional development opportunities. Peer-to-peer education has proven to be successful in a number of areas, and SGF has been cited as a best practice by the United States Department of Education. It has been benchmarked by more than 100 other institutions, and is one of the nation's largest in terms of the number of coaches and clients.

Title: Financial Wellness Coordinator
Location: The Ohio State University; Columbus, Ohio

Description: The Financial Wellness Coordinator coordinates financial education for large groups and one on one sessions for Scarlet and Gray Financial Coaching (SGF); provides financial coaching for the Second Year Transformational Experience Program (STEP) mandate; coordinates coaches schedules and room assignments; supports assessment of financial wellness education and coaching initiatives; coordinates financial wellness presentations, including content development (presentations, handouts and tools) and assists students with content delivery; schedules presentations and delivers presentations to campus community members; provides administrative and functional supervision of support staff, student interns, practicum students, and volunteers; develops and enhances financial education web pages; performs other duties as assigned. Evening and weekend responsibilities are required.

Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Desired Qualifications: Master's degree in a relevant field; experience in program planning, administration and implementation of wellness issues; working with college students; written and verbal communications, marketing, management; working with financial wellness initiatives, basic knowledge of statistical analysis and Excel, and website management.
