[Natfinwellness] Peer Mentor Qualifications

To piggy back off of Bryan's email...

Although our job posting says the position is best for sophomores and up, I
try very hard to hire primarily sophomores because of the amount of
training that goes into getting the money mentor up and running. It's
beneficial to have the mentor with our office as long as possible.
Additionally, most of the students who apply are in a business program; I
don't think we've ever hired a non business major, but we don't make it a
requirement. Just seems to work out that way. :)
