[Natfinwellness] Financial Literacy Workshops

Hi Jordee,

We run a speaker's series every fall semester and spring semester. We offer
four unique presentations/workshops per series. Average attendance is 30
students and our campus' traditional student day population is around
3,000. We advertise on the University's internal webpage, our social media
sites, via email blasts and with posters. We also partner with other
departments on campus or student groups whenever possible; this seems to
ensure a decent turn out and allows us to share the preparation workload,
especially in regards to advertising.

We usually offer the following incentives: food of some kind and free
goodies, such as pens, piggy banks, etc. There are some professors who
offer extra credit to their students in exchange for attending one of our
workshops and doing a brief write up, as well.
