[mvapich-discuss] MVAPICH2 CUDA11

Is there an update to MVAPICH2 coming to support CUDA Toolkit 11? I was
able to make simple patches to fix removed variables
(attributes.memoryType), but I am still encountering run-time errors. I
know that there is a GDR version available, but we usually end up
requiring the flexibility of configuring one of the many supported
configurations that may not be available with GDR.
