[mvapich-discuss] Build older version of MVAPICH2-GDR from source

Thanks for clarification.

Since we are having issues with several applications such as
gromacs/lammps/tensorfow, it would probably be necessary to downgrade
mvapich2.
Whenever a newer version is rolled out, old rpm and manual files are
scrubbed from the homepage.I will request old rpm files via mvapich-help.
