Hi, Vaibhav.
Can you please send the output of the following command “mpiname -a”? On a different note, you are running an ancient version of MVAPICH2. Please use the latest version for the best performance and bug fixes.
Thx,
Hari.

Subject: [mvapich-discuss] Error in Executing GAMESS on MVAPICH2
I am trying to execute GAMESS on a quad core single node with MVAPICH 2.2 and
I get an error message shown below. The node is not connected to ethernet and I am using only a USB wifi adapter. Can anyone please help me fix this issue.
Thanks.

setenv MV2_USE_THREAD_WARNING 0
setenv MV2_ENABLE_AFFINITY 0
