[mvapich-discuss] slurm pmi2 vs pmix

Hi,

I am building mvapich2 2.2 with support for slurm (16.05.2)

Just to confirm that I am reading the manual correctly:
pmi1 and pmi2 can be used without patching slurm
It is only the pmiX support that requires patching slurm?
