Hi Davide,

MV2_USE_CUDA should be always set to 1, this variable is to control the
CUDA-Awareness support in MVAPICH2-GDR.

To disable/enable the GDR support please use MV2_USE_GPUDIRECT=0/1 (default
is enabled (1) )
