[mvapich-discuss] GDRcopy and MVAPICH2-GDR 2.1a

In the recent announcement for MVAPICH2-GDR 2.1a,  GDRcopy is mentioned. It
is also mentioned in the README for MVAPICH2-GDR 2.0 --

However, the link to download GDRcopy --
https://github.com/drossetti/gdrcopy -- contains no code, just a README
saying "to appear here soon".

Google doesn't show any other hits.

Is there an alternate download?
