[mvapich-discuss] mvapich 1.9 and posix shared memory

Hi Ben

Can you try MV2_USE_SHARED_MEM=0 (turn off all shared memory designs) to
confirm if it is interaction with new designs in 1.9? Is it possible to
share the reproducer to debug this issue further?
