[mvapich-discuss] python wrapper problem,

Hi,

I am user of Hera machine at Livermore. We have simulation python scripts
(wrapping C++ code) to do our simulation.

I am using mpi4py,

I used 1.4.1 and 1.5 and got the same problem.

I have  if I run

Livermore Hera use slurm  to control mpi jobs:, I run as follows

  srun -n1  ....mpi4py/build/exe.linux-x86_64-2.6/python2.6-mpi      main.py


what I got (immediately) is

python: error: _get_addr: No such file or directory
Fatal error in MPI_Init:
Other MPI error, error stack:
MPIR_Init_thread(411)....: Initialization failed
MPID_Init(231)...........: channel initialization failed
MPIDI_CH3_Init(154)......:
MPIDI_CH3I_RDMA_init(648): PMI_Barrier returned -1

Do you have any idea what I migth be doing wrong?
