[mvapich-discuss] failure during Init of 3456 process job

Using mpiexec.hydra to launch the job worked.

I'll also note for the record that using "MV2_FASTSSH_THRESHOLD=1
MV2_NPROCS_THRESHOLD=18000" on a mpirun_rsh command line did not help in
this case.
