[mvapich-discuss] mvapich216 - mpiexec.hydra demux engine error

This issue turned out to be due to the fact that the cluster that
Bright is using has QLogic HCAs but mvapich2 was not configured with
the --with-device=ch3:psm option.  With this option things are working
for him.
