[mvapich-discuss] problems with OFED installation with MVAPICH2 RPM

Hi Lenny.

I see that you are trying to compile MVAPICH2 with Checkpoint /
Restart support. This requires you to install BLCR and set the
"BLCR_HOME" environment variable to the path of the BLCR installation.

for more information.

However, the error message indicates that your C compiler is unable to
generate a.out's. Can you please try to compile a simple "Hello World"
program to ensure that you have a sane build environment.
