[mvapich-discuss] mvapich over OFED *and* over IBGD IB stack

AFAIK mvapich versions something around 0.9.5 version were "switched" 
from support of IBGD Mellanox IB stack to support of OFED.

But was there some mvapich versions which might work over IBGD *and* 
OFED ? I'm especially interesting for support of IBGD 1.8.0 and 
OFED-1.2 or 1.3.
